TAMI FITZGERALD, Vote For Marriage NC Chairwoman, was a Lobbyist in the General Assembly for six years on pro-family and business issues. She is an Attorney licensed in North Carolina, Arizona, and Oklahoma for over 22 years, and is former Executive Director of NC4Marriage (2008-2009).

FERGUS HODGSON is Director of Fiscal Policy Studies at the John Locke Foundation and a Policy Advisor with The Future of Freedom Foundation. He also hosts a weekly show, " The Stateless Man," with the Overseas Radio Network. Previously, he was a Visiting Scholar with the American Institute for Economic Research, Massachusetts, and a Research Associate with the Frontier Centre for Public Policy, Canada. After receiving an athletic scholarship and moving from rural New Zealand, he graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He then completed a second major in political science and taught macroeconomics with the University of Waikato, New Zealand.

BARBARA HOWE grew up in Wingate, North Carolina. She is a summa cum laude graduate of Pfeiffer College with a Bachelor's degree in English and psychology. Barbara, a fulltime homemaker, has devoted much of her adult life to three important causes: home schooling, volunteering for La Leche League (an international support group for breastfeeding mothers), and working for liberty through the Libertarian Party of North Carolina. Joining the Libertarian Party in 1976, Barbara's involvement in the Libertarian Party of North Carolina began in 1984 when she relocated to North Carolina after spending several years in Georgia, California, and Virginia. She has served the LPNC in numerous capacities and has served four terms as state chair.

CHRISTOPHER WOLFE is Emeritus Professor of Political Science at Marquette University, and Co-Director of the Thomas International Center. His main area of research and teaching for two decades was Constitutional Law and American Political Thought, and he is the author of various books, the best known of which is The Rise of Modern Judicial Review, which Judge Robert Bork, in a 2006 Wall Street Journal contribution, listed as one of the five best books on the Constitution. Dr. Wolfe subsequently shifted his work back to political philosophy, and especially the area of natural law and liberal political theory. His book Natural Law Liberalism was published by Cambridge University Press in 2006.
