Dr. Wolfe taught this course at Marquette University for almost 30 years, and it draws heavily on his expertise regarding the United States Constitution. Dr. Wolfe currently teaches at the University of Dallas, Irving, Texas. He is the respected author of various books including The Rise of Modern Judicial Review, which Judge Robert Bork, in a 2006 Wall Street Journal contribution, listed as one of the five best books on the Constitution.
